As a documentary photographer, I see portraits as the result of an exchange—an intimate dialogue between the person in front of the camera and myself. It's a push and pull of information, emotion, and fleeting moments of openness. The camera becomes a window into someone else's universe, and the final image captures what they choose to reveal and how I perceive that revelation.
